AMF Fastigheter, one of Sweden’s largest and most innovative real estate companies, is on track to implement the roll-out of the Mallcomm based app KUNO, to connect users across 36 offices covering 650,000 sqm of real estate in Stockholm.

Following first phase implementation at two of Stockholm’s most iconic mixed-use spaces, Mood District and Urban Escape by Brunkebergstorget, KUNO, an app built on Mallcomm’s platform is now being implemented across the remainder of AMF Fastigheter’s Stockholm portfolio by the Mallcomm team.

AMF Fastigheter selected Mallcomm by Toolbox Group,  an award-winning 360-degree integrator, as their PropTech technology provider of choice in March 2019. Mallcomm’s best in class innovative and highly adaptable modular multi-platform technology is the most comprehensive and user-friendly in the market; it’s also the only platform specifically developed to connect both B2B and B2C audiences in one place.

AMF Fastigheter’s ambition with KUNO is to simplify everyday life and connect people to the space in which they work, shop and play. Building a community using Mallcomm is an important step in allowing users of each site to participate in and create events, offers and own their everyday lives; in addition to using the app to support the areas of customer service, operations, management and general/critical comms through key performance analysis and insight gathering.

Magnus Behrenfeldt, Head of City Development at AMF Fastigheter said: “KUNO has been important in our strive to make it a bit simpler and a bit more fun to be and work in our neighbourhoods. By connecting our tenants to each other and everything in the city spaces we develop we hope to make a positive contribution to their everyday life. The Mallcomm platform has been a perfect fit in this process. The product, as well as the collaboration with Toolbox Group, has been a true partnership. We now look forward to launching KUNO in all our city spaces.

Michelle Buxton CEO and founder of Mallcomm commented, “AMF Fastigheters ambitions of evolving the way people, live, work and dwell in their curated communal spaces perfectly match the pioneering technology innovations Mallcomm has already implemented across a growing portfolio of high profile mixed-use developments in Europe and further afield during 2019. We are really excited to work closely with such a highly respected real estate innovator and look forward to further developing our partnership with AMF Fastigheter and continuing our work in mixed-use space in 2020 and beyond ”.
