About you

You will have either worked in a tech company or for an agency that has done work for tech brands and had experience of the end to end process for design and implementation of various marketing assets. We are looking for someone who is creative and cannot only design amazing assets using our current brand, but also support the implementation of any progression in the brand and its guidelines. The individual will be a key member of the corporate marketing team, providing graphic design skills to meet the needs of the department and also supporting other areas of the business with design needs.

What the job involves 
  1. Understand and support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns by creating Graphics as requested for the marketing team.
  2. Support other departments in the business with their graphic design and asset creation requests, including but not limited to; product presentations and sales decks for the business development team and various assets to support client education for the client success team.
  3. Proven experience with graphic design software (e.g. photoshop or similar) to create marketing assets on all channels, including digital ads, sales decks and printed media. We will ask to review your portfolio before an interview.
  4. Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop designs suitable for our brand.
  5. Liaise with internal and potentially external clients to discuss the objectives and requirements of design projects as required.
  6. Managing design workload, prioritising tasks to meet the most pressing needs of the business.
  7. Prepare artwork for print and create digital designs.
Relevant knowledge
  • Strong commercial awareness with an ability to create assets to best fulfil the objective or purpose of the associated project.
  • Qualifications of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or at least 3 years experience with Graphic Design.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Experience of preparing artwork for print and creating digital designs with the ability to create graphics, layouts, fonts, colours and sizing for the wider team.
  • Experience managing brand guidelines, showing awareness of the importance of brand guidelines and ensuring these are enforced across all areas of the business and in design.
Relevant skills and experience
  • The successful candidate will have experience with the adobe creative suite (including Photoshop and InDesign.)
  • 2 years design experience of either working in a tech company or for an agency that has done work for tech brands.
  • Good organisation skills will be imperative, we are fast moving!
  • Understanding of brand guidelines and how to implement this consistently across various marketing channels.

  • Understanding of the many channels graphic design is required to support and how this influences the way a project should be approached and the finished outcome (e.g. website assets, email graphics, social graphics, printed media).
