Launch Success Lead

As a Fixed Term Contract member of the wider EMEA team, your role will be pivotal in delivering the successful implementation for the rollout of our leading PropTech solution
to more than 100 Assets across Germany, Italy and Hungary. The principal role for the Launch Success Lead is to be the “front line” contact for the team and client regarding the platform, product and any other delivery related query. This is a people focused position backed by tech savvy story telling. You will not have or be expected to manage others or a team.

Focus and Responsibility

1. Assist and maintain the account administration for the project, collaborating and working with other departments where required.

2. Respond to frontline queries from the wider project team, being backed by the wider Mallcomm Client Success Management team, as well as our support desk.

3. Response to frontline queries from the clients, whilst being supported by the wider Mallcomm Client Success Management team, as well as our support desk.

4. Track and report using project and client management tools such as excel, Monday.com and Hubspot.

5. Use the solution’s CMS (Content Management System) to manipulate, configure and troubleshoot queries.

6. Assist with monitoring progress on Project Delivery.

What skills and experience do I need?
a. Fluent in German, Polish and English
b. Experience in client facing experience, ideally in a Tech Support / Account Management / Client Success / Customer Success / Platform implementation role
c. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
d. Proven to be able to work without direct supervision in a role
e. Experience of being part of a successful remote team in a previous role.
