Overview

The Broadway is a shopping and leisure complex in the centre of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England, which opened its doors on 5 November 2015. The centre is home to over 80 retailers and is operated by Munroe K Asset Management Ltd. Munroe K is one of the UK’s top specialist shopping centre and retail property management companies..

Objectives

Munroe K were looking for a digital platform to create a community with their tenants to improve tenant engagement. They were also looking to communicate and display their new brand image and share footfall information with their tenants. The client was looking for a central hub to store information about the centre’s procedures, processes, performance and activities, and much more, and so Mallcomm was chosen.

Solution

Mallcomm created a platform which was completely bespoke to Munroe K and The Broadway. The Mallcomm team worked closely with the client to ensure their objectives were met, and will continue to work with them during and after the roll out of the platform to make sure all of those using the platform understand how to do so. To meet the client’s objectives, the modules utilised within the platform were; surveys, events, offers, vacancies, springboard integration for sales, ticketing, maintenance and cleaning, and Mallcomm mail. 

These features will help streamline every day tasks, join up all stakeholders, and will generate brand new insight for more efficient and effective operations.
