Overview

The Mall at Cribbs Causeway is a shopping destination located in Bristol and is home to over 150 tenants.

Objectives

The Mall at Cribbs Causeway originally launched the Whitelabel App ‘Cribbs Comms’ with the primary objective of improving communications, tenant engagement and crisis management. The launch took place in March 2018.

Solution

Since launching, Cribbs Comms has been developed to include even more functionality, including an API link between the app and the centre website which means that when special offers and vacancies are added to the platform by tenants they also seamlessly upload to the centre website. The centre also uses the platform for all elements of tenant communication including day-to-day messaging and essential critical communications.
