AMF Fastigheter have introduced KUNO, a 360-degree integrated real estate community engagement platform across their property portfolio.

The Vision

AMF Fastigheter owns and manages the largest mixed-use commercial portfolio in Sweden.

Creators of the iconic neighbourhoods Urban Escape at Brunkebergstorg, Mood District, Marievik, Västermalmsgallerian, Sundbyberg, Norrmalm, Fältöversten, Södermalm and Regent Street in London.

In 2018, AMF Fastigheter began researching and canvassing the entire PropTech market in pursuit of a 360- community platform that could meet their vision for their leading-edge portfolio. By 2019, in a highly competitive tender, Mallcomm was chosen as the best-in-class platform and was awarded the partnership in March of 2019.

  • To elevate and enhance the physical space through a digital experience
  • To foster a sense of community in each location by allowing stakeholders to engage and participate in, creating events, offers, run an interest survey and own their everyday lives.
  • To establish a platform that provides visibility of each individual location, their team, tenants and management thereof.
  • To accumulate data to gain a better understanding what is important to the tenant, in turn securing tenant retention.
  • To drive sales, make use of foot traffic and reduce carbon footprint.
  • To break barriers, and grow with collaboration.
  • To simplify everyday life and connect people to the spaces in which they work, shop and play.
  • To support the areas of customer service, operations, management and general/critical comms through a single source with agile capabilities.
  • To provide consistency and a source of truth for all stakeholders.
  • To be able to deliver relevant information, to relevant people,
    at relevant times.
The Outcome

Mallcomm developed a white label app branded “KUNO” forming the overarching brand that would unify all individual district communities under one name. Each district is configured to match the needs and physical environment of each cluster of assets.

We strategically developed and configured each district app individually to ensure the requirements of each asset and audience. Adjacent districts were launched simultaneously and the remaining, individually.
